Hmm that will be really good for the best workout Opposite Near hold ez-bar waves 20,15,12,10,8 and supersetted with Ez-bar waves hands ups 20,15,12,10,8
rest 30 secs between each superset and Curls ups bodyweight x12, heavy x10, heavy x10, heavy x 10>drop to bodyweight x8 and rest 30 secs between each set......
