Dead Squat (10 hole)-
Power clean/ bench jump-
* I am fairly happy with this. I felt I should have gotten 540 on the dead squat but I could not muster enough force. I find this lift harder than the reg squat because of the dead start.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
