Hi Everyone
I've been training seriously for 1 year and totally loving the results. Not just how I look but in ways I would never have imagined, like how differently I cope with stress, my self confidence, my attitude and appreciation for the small and simple things in life. I feel completely driven by the training I undertake and am grateful that I can do it. Injury is my biggest fear! I never cease to be amazed that I am only 1 of possibly 3 women in my gym ( a large city gym) who seriously resistance train. The lack of knowledge out there and misinformation about women training is quite something!
The knowledge available in this site is fantastic & invaluable!
