I got something useful! My nutrition and weightlifting were already pretty good but I thought about some of the points you made and a couple of weeks ago cut jogging out. Now the only form of "cardio" I do is sprints a couple of times a week and I have definitely gotten in better shape. I dropped from about 9% bf to around 7% in a couple of weeks and am the heaviest I have ever been at this lean. Thanks for the info.
I am glad I could be of use. 7% is pretty darn lean, you ever consider doing a bodybuilding show?
