I have been eating healthy; much healthier than I was during college (where i put on the extra pudge). After weighing myself recently and not seeing much change I have been even more aware of what and when I have been eating.
My digestion and my bowel movements are finally seeming to regulate (during the period of time I was in shape and eating healthy I remember this happening and would defecate at roughly the same time everyday). So I am assuming this is a good sign.
