545x1/2 (hit the upright and threw me off)

Rack Pull (1 hole)-
*The demon has been released. Would have been a perfect day had I hit 545. I hit the **** rack on the way out and it messed me up. I tried to recover but halfway down I knew I was screwed. Hit a nice PR on the rack pull though. I have always been weaker at that height than my regular DL so that is good.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
