Pushup partials

Bench
222.5x3 (+5 every 2 sets) 232.5x3, 2 sets
237.5x3
237.5x4

Bench Chains (+50)
157.5x6, 4 sets

Ring Dips
BW+22.5x6, 4 sets

Bench Partials
145, 1 sets

Speed Bench Chains
145x3, 6 sets (4 before the overhead press, 2 sets afterward to finish the workout)

Overhead Press - rest pause for 90 seconds, I cheated and this took 93 seconds
118.5 x 11 + 6 + 5 + 4 = 26
