*Just missed the rack on the log clean twice at 279 which sucked but other than that I was happy with the rest of it. It was my first time using olympic lifting shoes on the log so that will take some time to get used to.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
