BB high pull-
*Watched a bunch of Men's Olympic Weightlifting this morning and was motivated to try some again. I just missed the clean at 260 but the rest went well. I am no olympic weightlifter but I love to lift heavy things over my head. I am definately going to be adding some more. Kinda sad though how I can do more weight on the log than the bb lol.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
