ahh..man, kinda fell off the wagon again...still lifting hard...i will only log my main lifts, assistance work is usually circuts of pushups, pullups, goodmornings, kettlebell swings, situps, etc

heavy deadlift:
500x1, 5 sets (relatively easy)
exp squat:
315x3, 5 sets
