I have exactly the same feelings about smoking I do smoke and it f****ng sucks bad it costs stupid amounts of money I mean I'm spending around £8 a week which is a lot but I'm quiting them for good because I've started training and I really want to push myself
This may seem odd but 2 ways I've managed to kik my cravings is chewing gum and listening to music it helps,,
Here is a couple of reasons to stop smoking
Smoking ages your skin
Smoking makes you get out of breath
SmOking costs money
Smoking starves you of oxygen and can cause heart attacks
