Plyo pushup/Rack pullup/ab wheel-
*First day back from vacation. Pretty good but tweaked my lower back on the log 227x2 set and did not have enough for 277 but still hit 2 3 rep prs.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
