Haven't been updating on here but I have been lifting.
Best current gym lifts:
Squat - 470
Bench - 275 tng, 255 paused
Deadlift - 496
Going to USAPL Raw Nationals, competing on August 4th at 220 Open. Looks like there is 23 competitors in my weight class so it should be lots of fun. Hoping to break a 500 lbs deadlift there.
