Hang clean/Farmers Walks/Stepup/Woodchopper/Jump on bench-
*Good hard workout. I was dripping sweat and felt strong. I had to move the DL up because I will not be lifting Friday. The circuits I have recently added come from the 5/3/1 crossfit section of volume 2 and I am enjoying them and feel the fat being torched off.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
