my last training until i head to Ole' Miss to give a presentation on muscle hypertrophy...i'm starting to come out of my funk a bit...my friends have been awesome to me through all of this...one reminded me of where i was 10 years ago and what i've been through in the past decade...a break up is nothing compared to some of those years where i had no fall back plan...it was either get it done or be sent away...i'm coming to be the best and i'm going to take it all...i have linked you to our latest paper published ahead of press
