So I'm away at school...sorry for lack of updates!! I will be traveling home on weekends to see family so Fri thru Sunday are off limits to workout...I was confused how to proceed..so after much thought I am. Just going to keep it simple and do what I was doing. I will just have to rotate my 3 workouts Mon Tues and prob Thursday depending how I feel. I will be doing army pt in morning.gs so extra running on my part may not be necessary unless I feel the workout was too lax...which is bound to happen. I am seeing great results with explosive work with heavy work mixed in...even shed a few lbs so its on!!!.
