In general, I like the article, I believe in the importance of cell volumization, but I don't personally use glutamine or beta-alanine.
So I do 4 out of the 6 steps, and I am surprised creatine wasn't mentioned on that list. I use creatine for it's volumizing effects.
Not sure on the science of glutamine and it's role though.
