I Heard so many talks regarding using weights in weight training.
Please tell me what is the difference in increasing /using heavy weights or using only low/ constant weights in workout repetitions.
I am confused which one will effective. I want have a medium body shape with ripped muscle
My weight is 74.8 KG/ 166 lbs
i want to cut it to 69 KG
Please help me what to do
