*Great DL day. I hit a nice set of 530x2 and then hit a new DL 1rm. The lockout was a struggle but I did get it. Probably wouldn't count in a pl meet but it would in strongman lol.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
