This one was a long day coming, but front squats have allowed me to squat pain free.

Time to hammer them since I can't do a regular back squat or deadlift day.

Leg Day

Front Box Squat (Chains +50)
120 (+10) 160x5
170 (+10) 190x3
150x6, 4 sets

SS W/

Arm Pump Work - alternating between cable curls and rope pushdowns

Front Squats
130, 140, 150x6
