With this approach, you will be so far ahead of the rest. Believe me, I wasted years (about 2001 to 2008) when I could have at least maintained a decent physique because I didn't have time to spend 60 minutes in the gym...so instead I did nothing. Looking back, I realize how stupid I was. Now a days, I can give myself a great stimulus in 10 to 15 minutes with barbells or just bodyweight, totally different mentality.
