got a quick workout in today...not what I wanted/planned to do..but it works!
18 short uphill sprints in my back yard (about 20 yards)...with a 25lb plate used for various exercises at the top and bottom of hill.
-mynew approach to working out..what I can do, when I can do it! Prob. wont lift weights again until Monday, I will be unpacking a moving truck and moving into my new house tomorrow/this weekend..should be enough work! at least i got some of each movement in. I may get another circuit type workout in, as my tire will be offloaded from the truck too!!!!
