Glad you are liking it. I can personally say that I feel great with these workouts. I feel like I can "perform" at anytime, just really athletic feeling.
Plus, I am keeping, if not building muscle since the bodybuilding show in spite of lifting a bit lighter and more explosive than I was lifting leading up to the bodybuilding show.
