Concentric Squat- (9 hole)
Hang Snatch/SSq calf-
*Max Effort..making something fun about Mondays. I was more impressed with my ability to deadlift heavy 3 days after 475x5 on Friday than the actual PR.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
