so far so good...we'll see how i feel tomorrow but i'm loving this current training split...basically hitting every body part 3x week...in other news, i'm hoping to go to the zoo tomorrow and see our cousins the chimps...my girlfriend has 2 free tickets so we'll see what happens...i could watch those chimps rock and roll all day...they amaze me
