JUmp over bench-
380x1 (add belt)
435x1 (add wraps)
535x 2 inches high
420x2 (2 sec paused in hole)
Deficiti DL (2.5 inch)
Hang Snatch-(10 sec rest in between)
*Pretty good today. I cut the 535 short because the bar started to slip and I did not want to have another near decipation like last week lol. I still hit a new 2rm though and the 420x2 pause felt good. Deficit DL went well and were beltless.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
