I've been getting lazy, both in exercising and in this journal.
I have exams at the moment, so I guess I could say that's why. But there is always going to be something important going on and excuses cannot be made every time my schedule gets tight.
I've gone to the gym with a personal trainer twice now. He came highly recommended by the physio as he is very knowledgeable with rehab work.
We've been lifting very light, but still managed to keep things pretty intense. So far the only problem area is above head movements (lats and shoulders). The surgery has exacerbated a serratus issue. So I will have to do some exercises to activate that muscle, and ensure my shoulders are pulled back into correct posture.
