I do realize they are promoting some products. All marketing and advertising aside, though, I had never heard of Glutamine being involved in improving protein synthesis. The claim here is that Glutamine effectively "plows a path" for Leucine to be more effective by increasing/improving cell volume. Very interesting idea.
I know Klosey is not a proponent of Glutamine. Perhaps the Glutamine in normal food sources is more that sufficient for optimal Leucine operation. The article does not mention required quantities of Glutamine on any basis (absolute or per-pound of bodyweight).
