I would take the 125 pounds, power clean it up and do lunges, when your legs can't do any more lunges, do squats.
Then do overhead press, when you can't do any more, do bench press.
Then do rows, when you can't do any more, do deadlifts.
Repeat one or two more times, keep track of reps, try to beat reps each time.
