*Not bad today. I should have repped out on the 320 but I was saving myself expecting to go after a big single but after 345 I know I did not have much left. The extra upper back work between all pressing sets has been working nicely.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
