Jump over bench-
Sandbag/Sled backward (grass) medley-
BB rollout/SSQ Gm-
Hang snatch (30sec rest)-
*Well squats were feeling fantastic and powerfull until I went for a PR. I was so confident I was going to hit 540 that I lost my arch and tightness out of the hole. The bar decided to roll down my neck and smash me in the back of the head. I got a nice scrap and bump but I passed the concussion test. I was more mad about missing than anything. I tore off an inch by inch gash blood blister on my hand that made gripping the bar suck enough oh well.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
