Yes, I know, it's a very nasty habit. That's why I'm quitting. As I start to get more and more interested in exercise, the need for me to quit has also been getting greater and greater. Yesterday morning I smoked a cigarette and said to myself, "You know what, f*** this ****, I'm tired of it f***ing up my lungs and being a slave to this chemical." So now it's been 24 hours. Getting over the cravings has actually been easier than I thought it would be... It's probably because I really wanna quit.
What I want from YOU guys is to tell me exactly how bad cigarettes are, especially as it relates to fitness, so I never want to go back.
