*One of my best benching days in a long time. The band pullaparts between all benching and oh pressing sets has done my shoulders and upper back justice. This is the best my shoulder has felt in a long time. I changed my warmup today to what Jim Wendler recommends in his newest article with a minor adjustment and I felt great and ready to train after words.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
