Starting my new job has kept me out of any exercise besides some long walks for a few weeks now. Ive been on my feet for hours every day and it resulted in what felt like bloody nubs for the first two weeks. Now that I'm getting used to it and back into the grove a bit, I'll be getting back to working out. Being on my feet all day I thought would be a boost to the metabolism, but I think the slight change over to a bit less healthy food has resulted in more weight gain. I swear my body ignores chemistry and has me gain more weight than should be physically possible. Either way, back onto a huge salad a day, veggies, and rice dishes as my staples.
