I wouldn't worry about it so much. Just eat what ever you want when ever you want. And then just do what you have to do to keep the fat off.
If you have a few lbs to lose, that means its time to start skipping breakfast. Also, when you do eat, as mentioned previously, opt for the foods that are higher in bulk and lower in calories such as fruits and vegetables first. Stick to leaner meats most of the time if you can. And shy away from real sugary foods, breads, and drinking your calories, because it makes it way too easy to overeat.
Other than that, you should be fine.
