Lying tribar nosebreak/bb curl-
Band pullaparts- mini x 5 between every pushing set
Conditioning stupidity for 5 minutes (Running, squat thrusts, Plate carry, shadown boxing)
*My pushing muscles did not seem to be recovered enough from Sunday which costs me a few reps on the benching. Other than that I got good volume in and was pumped.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
