Need a meal plan
Ok so I used that Harris Benedict equation for my wife since she wants to lose weight. Right now we are both struggling to lose weight, I used to lose no problem but with all the late anxiety/stress issues going on its been hard. enough about me. I calculated her BMR to be around 1700. So I figured take away 500 so she can lose a pound a week? 3500=1 pound. This method has worked before for me, even eating fast food. Question is, can you guys come up with a meal plan she can work with with that many calories? she thinks she cant do it.
