*Great intensity today. Giving the 5/3/1 Rest Pause training a go. Like it so far. Entire workout from foam rolling warmup to stretching was only 52 minutes.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
