*Well this did not go the way I planned it too. The cable guys showed up as I was doing my warmups to fix the mistake they made the day before and shut off my service because they are an incompetant company so I was interrupted and had to take an hour break during my workout and go back cold but annoyed.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
