4/30/12 Squat (400tm) 1s
*Sucktacular effort today. My low back, groin and hips were very tight which made squatting suck. The my sandbag started leaking and I had to tape it up...So much for US Army duffel bag strength. Then I had to use my mini band to keep the tape on it and lift it in the most awkward painful way.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
