Did you notice some thing that you had forget? Did you got it or not. Most important thing that you are miss take is water. It is a common and not consider as important. Daily 8 to 10 glasses of water is very useful to burn fat also take green tea to boost metabolism. Use fresh fruits and boiled vegetables these have less level of fat. Use fish, meat, chicken, egg only 2 times in a week. Try to burn more calories as compare to consume.
