go with HC and Commander...most supps are crap...creatine and a good protein...and in fact creatine doesn't work well for everyone...

good mineral supp, vitamins and BCAA...under heavy use the body burns up minerals, vits etc...replace them and add a good protein and work ur *** off in the gym...u will get results...
