Bench-(band pullapart between sets)
Inc Cg bench-
Db floor press/BB curl-
Sled row- (beats the crap out of those puny rower machines)
*Went back to the bench as a main movement and it felt good. Pain free for once. I really focused on my set up and felt stable. I could have had 10-11 on 272 but was running out of gas.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
