If you ask me just get her to be more serious in kickboxing and go for jogs every morning.
That will give great fitness. And I mean really serious in kickboxing. 5 days a week for 2-3 hours every day atleast :P
She doesn't need to lift weights man. But if she really wants to then get her to do the same things as you, lighter weight, more reps, and add an entire day for abs if you don't already do it.
