BerZercher complex descending sets with 60lbs (10 reps, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5)
No Squats
Chin-ups (total rep max) = 21 reps
45lb plate Core Circuit 2 sets.
Push Up test: 1 set max reps: 60 (was dragging through out the day especially after work)
