Week11 Round2
Bench Press: 215lb x 4, 230lb x 2, 245lb x 1, 260lb x 1, 270lb x 1 (Had some more "room to spare" so I went for 280lbs), 280lb x 1
BerZercher complex 4 descending sets with 60lbs. (1st set 10 reps, 2nd 9 reps, etc.)

Squat: 270lb x 4, 295lb x 2, 310lb x 1, 325lb x 1, 340lb x 1

Chin-ups (total reps) = 36 reps
Barbell pushups descending sets (20 to 1).
