BerZercher complex with BB 1 set
Squat: 170b x 5, 200lb x 5
Steady state cardio (@60-70% max HR) for 30min. Used the treadmill at 3mph on 8degree incline.
Chin-ups (total reps) = 10 reps
Core Circuit 2 sets.
