*It was 80 degrees when I drove home from work and the shed sucked. I started this workout tired and motivated and finished it tired and stronger. I was suprised I was able to go so heavy on squats after just starting squats again not too long ago. My lower back took a beating but that is what my swedish massage chair cushion is for.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
