Push Press:
140x5

180x5

Pullups:
15x8
20x6
25x4
2, rounds

Dips:
45x75 Reps (almost time to pump up the weight..killed first couple sets..then dropped off, maybe after next week)

-thinking about making this an extended cycle..my gym will be closed for some minor renovations first week of April, so I will utilize that week as my deload instead.
