*Pretty good today. Back to training heavy and hard. I seem to do best on upper body days when I alternate push/pull exercises. I am dedicating myself to some type of conditioning finisher every workout to get into better shape. I finally gained some common sense and changed to Inclines instead of bench press as my main movement. This worked a few years ago and my shoulder got better and then when I went back to benching heavy I improved.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
